Chocolate Ganache

Chocolate Ganache is super easy to make and adds the perfect chocolaty finish to any cake!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (350g) semi sweet baking chocolate 

  • 3/4 cup milk/non dairy milk

Directions

Heat chocolate and milk on low heat in pan whisking constantly until melted and smooth.

Cool slightly and pour as a glaze over cakes, the longer you let it rest the thicker it will get. 

Makes 2 1/2 cups
